Each celebration is unique. We want to know as much as possible about your occasion in order to design an event that reflects you. On that special day we want to help set the tone that creates your first memories as you begin your new life together as one or celebrate a special Graduation Celebration, Bridal Shower, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, etc.

DISCOVER THE POSSIBILITIES 

DAY OF COORDINATION

Six weeks prior to the wedding, we will:

-Meet with you to discuss all aspects of your wedding

-Develop a detailed wedding day timeline, helpful to you and your vendors

-Confirm and coordinate all vendor services in the weeks prior to the wedding date

-Expert advice on remaining checklist items

-Four conference calls with couple for up to 3 hours per call

-Manages and coordinates the wedding day events, including the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

-Access to linen rental at additional cost

 

The Day-of your wedding, we will:

-Coordinate and ensure entire wedding day goes as planned

-Ensure vendors are completing all tasks

-Set up personal wedding decor items, favors, escort cards, menus, favors, etc.

-Assist photographer for organization of guests for photos

-Be the point of contact for the onsite venue contact

-Assist in transporting wedding gifts to family vehicle

-Provide onsite wedding emergency kits

-Two onsite day-of assistant planners

 

Day of Coordinator includes minimum of 8 hrs ($75.00 an hour after the minimum 8 hrs.)

PARTIAL PLANNING

Day-of Coordination is included in the Partial Planning, plus we will: 

-Develop an initial planning timeline 

-Develop an initial budget design 

-Four vendor referrals from our preferred vendor lists based on your style, personality, and budget 

-Unlimited communication the month prior to your wedding 

-Three in-person planning meetings 

-Review of contracts once couple selects vendors 

-Vendor negotiation hints and tips, as needed 

-Coordination of all décor, linen and tent rentals 

-Walk-through at ceremony and reception sites 

-Vendor confirmations 

-Point of contact for all vendors and key individuals one month prior to your wedding 

-Attendance at three wedding appointments of your choice, cake tasting, dress fitting, etc. 

-Review final Banquet Event Order from venue or caterer 

-Oversee vendor load-ins/set up/breakdown 

-Confirm guest headcounts, vendor details and rental item quantities 

-Rehearsal management and week of wedding coordinating 

-Organization and coordination of all events related to your wedding weekend 

-Includes complete day of coordinating (unlimited hours) with a head consultant and at least two assistant planners

FULL PLANNING

Day-of Coordination & Partial is included in the Full Planning, plus we will:

-Walk you through every step of the wedding planning process

-Provide assistance to transform your vision into a reality

-Unlimited consultations in person, on the phone, online (via apple, Skype or IM) or email

-Assistant in Vendor Selection Assistance for each and every vendor suited for your wedding

-Serve as point of contact for all vendors upon their hire, communicating with them to ensure that you receive the best products and service.

-Continuous access to the wedding planner for advice, guidance, and support throughout the planning process, ensure that each wedding is the event our clients have envisioned for themselves.

-Scheduling and attendance at design meetings with vendors and venue

-Attendance at cuisine selection and tastings, as needed

-Expert guidance on etiquette and other social graces

-A customized budget layout

-Design non-floral and table décor

-Wedding professional selection based on your style, personality, venue and budget

-Facilitate all vendor appointments as an impartial party on your behalf

-Wedding stationery design and selection (whether virtual or paper)

-Assistance with stationary wording and design

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

We offer special occasion event planning. No matter the event, we can assist you in making it memorable. Pricing starts at $850.00 for parties under 50 attendees which includes coordination of event, working with vendors, 3on site planners at your event, and making your day a SUCCESS! Supplies carry a separate cost. DECOR

 

Looking for more than flowers? We have a wide selection of linens to complete your entire wedding look to make it customized for your event!

 

We offer rental of linen, sashes, layover, and chair covers.

 

We will have a design meeting to create your vision & style for your wedding and then prepare a slideshow presentation to show you what your vision will look like!

 

Skyi Unlimited will work to develop a detailed décor and non-floral design quote that includes design elements & pricing for a wide range of elements, including but not limited to:
